Background

“I revisited Lonely Rosa back in 2007 to record Rosa’s Still Lonely for the privately-released Music Is Taboo project. Walter Robotka who assembled this compilation wanted to give it an official release.

“The disc also features three segued tracks by the Bumps, a one-off group formed by my friends, Chris Bump, Shawn & Rob Bump and Paulie Bump for whom I provided the vocals to their cover versions of the Ralph Records, Aphids In The Hall single by Schwump. Finished in 2009, it originally had an extremely limited private pressing of only about 25 CDR copies and Walter thought it should be more widely available and included it here. Darkening Scale also features on this album with the track ‘The Digital Larynx’.”
